Pumpkin muffins are classic, especially this time of year, and especially because I keep “accidentally” buying a bigger can of pumpkin than my recipe needs, leaving me to come up with more excuses to use pumpkin in everything.
My first batch of fudge! Not just any fudge, but Halloween-themed fudge with two layers: dark chocolate and pumpkin spice, topped with candy corn.
I love this cake. And, I’m going to show you how to make it. Alright, take your favorite flavor cake and bake it up (I used my favorite chocolate cake recipe for this cake here). Pick out a nice vanilla frosting. Swiss meringue buttercream is always nice and smooth, but here I used a creamy, flour-based frosting for extra richness.
Now THESE were fabulous cookies! Fabulous cookies for a fabulous bachelorette party, of course.
